1. Who we are

Sqanny is an open-source QR analytics platform operated by ChetnaVerse AI Systems LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). This page explains what data we collect through the early-access waitlist and how we handle it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide:

Email address — the address you enter on the early-access sign-up form.
Submission timestamp — the date and time your request was received.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personally identifiable information at this stage.

3. How we use your data

To send you a one-time confirmation email acknowledging your spot on the waitlist.
To notify you when early access becomes available.
To send infrequent product updates related to Sqanny (you can opt out at any time).

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a private Google Sheet hosted on Google’s infrastructure and accessible only to the core ChetnaVerse team. Confirmation emails are sent via Gmail SMTP using our official labs address.

5. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct any inaccurate data.
Delete your entry from the waitlist at any time.

6. Cookies & analytics

The Sqanny early-access page uses Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics solely to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, device types, geographic regions). No personally identifiable browsing data is stored or sold. You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
